Great experience!
I found everyone I interacted with, on the phone and in email to be extremely helpful. The requirements were easy to understand. Even though I struggled a bit with videoing, Abbie was patient and explained how to make it better. Definitely worth the time!

I was looking for an outfit to help me…
I was looking for an outfit to help me to certify my dog as a service animal so he can fly with me. Dog Academy's customer service that answered my 1st call drew a scenario that made it seem like getting a service dog certificate is a cake walk. It took them over 2 weeks to get my package to me and once I got it, all that it was was link to online videos you watch which I later found out I could've obtained on YouTube. Dog Academy charged me almost $500 for this? The package contained a collar, registration, card and a clicker. The clicker sound scared the heck out of my dog and come to find out you'd need 5 videos where the dog has to behalf almost as good as a show dog, no attention to temptations, food, people, other dogs, bicycles, public gatherings, public transportion, etc. NOBODY in my initial calls told me this what it would entail. When I called to complain to their customer service, I was on hold for almost 45 min, then the customer service person, extremely rude, finally came back on saying they're going to send me links to follow to refund my money!!! When I complained that the requirements to get a service dog certificate was never explained to me, she said they're going to refund my money ONLY if I complete their links. They refunded me $325 out of almost $500 and now they keep charging $20/mo for God knows what!!! STAY AWAY from this outfit, they're FRAUDS.
