The PSD training was very well structured covering all the main training elements to support a PTSD disability. It was a big plus that I started working with my dog at 8 weeks of age to master many basic commands some of which are including in the DogAcademy course. As for my experience with the course, it takes some time to work through the lessons if a handler is committed to being proficient with each of the training items. So I would say it's not exactly a 'walk in the park' but I think anyone can do well if they are willing to take the time and effort to work with their animal. This training course was very easy to follow! It was very well structured or outlined and the videos really helped to ensure the training was understood. It also was very beneficial to me as far as understanding the why's about the specific actions to be taught to my dog. My dog already knew basic commands and has since he was about 6 months old so he was aware of how to pay attention but the course probably taught me as much as it did him! I also appreciated the quizes at the end of each section to review each individual course to ensure we had everything down appropriately.
