My experience with Dog academy was AMAZINGGGG, Everyone is very helpful and takes time with their customer's.I spoke too Lindsey a couple of time and she is very helpful & really patient.I couldn't be more happy & glad I did decide too go through this program it was well worth it & has taught me a lot.Iam not a proud owner of a service dog THANK YOU! So much DogAcademy.

Wowzers, have I learned a lot. Simple instructions are easy to follow, and the verbiage was also down to a normal person's talk. No big words we don't understandl

I truly enjoyed the course!! I concentrated completely, I decided to do the training pretty much every day and I think that I was so into because It was so interesting to learn about training dogs and because I wanted to get my beautiful “Chiqui” going places with me!! Any help that I needed was given to me by the wonderful staff!!! “Chiqui & I are sooo happy that we will always be together comforting each other!!! THANK YOU DOG ACADEMY!!!🥰💐👍👩🏻🐶

Outstanding company! Amazing customer service! Lindsay was especially kind and helpful. Couldn’t have done it without her. Videos were incredibly excellent and made our 2 1/2 year old puppy a much better, more well behaved and happier dog. My husband has some serious medical problems and now after some treatments, is looking forward to traveling and having our puppy’s companionship for when we go away. Thank you all so very much!

Page layout was smart and intuitive. Easy to follow along and learn.

I purchased the separation anxiety course as a kind gentleman called me and recommended it based on my situation. The information in the course was pretty basic so could be decent if you’re just starting out. The customer service team was very kind and helpful with my questions in follow up.

No where on the website does DogAcademy disclose that the TRUE length of the course is the time to READ the course content PLUS the time to train your dog! So, if DogAcademy says, it takes only 7.5 hrs to "complete" the course...they leave out the fact that last chapter "course review" includes a written final exam (OK...) PLUS an upload of 5 videos of your dog performing specific tasks that can take up to 120 hrs to train!!! I think this is very misleading, especially since this is not disclosed anywhere YET they promote and UNDERSTATE how much time it takes to complete the course. As a result we have to CXL our trip because we don't have enough time to train our dog. I called customer support and they could not care less yet openly admitted I was correct in my observation.
