This training was top notch and gave me all the tools I needed to successfully train my 1year old dog to become a certifies PSD Service Dog! I can't thank Savannah and the entire Dog Academy team for helping us be successful in their program! I highly recommend this training to anyone wanting to help their dog become a service dog! If I could give them 6 STARS I WOULD!!

I think the PSD training is an AMAZING program, which makes having a certified and trained service dog accessible for many people who might not be able to afford a professionally trained PSD. Nevertheless I am very disappointed in the lack of transparency and the description of what the training and especially the test in the end entails! In the course content description it says that it is 9 lessons, 8 exams, 8hrs 40m to complete and „certificate upon completion“. One of the lessons explains what a PAT (public accessibility test) is. At no point do they mention that you and your dog have to perform this test, video tape and submit it in order to complete the course! And while I absolutely think every PSD and their handler should be put to the test in order to get their certificate, I find the course content description extremely misleading and I’m very disappointed that this is not communicated better!

First of all, it was so easy to reach a real person, and that real person (Lindsey) was amazingly helpful. I explained my circumstances, and she not only explained my options, but also the benefits and how everything worked. I realize my puppy is still too young, but when he's ready I will be back. This is an honest company providing a good and much-needed service. Thanks, Lindsey!
