The staff helped and encouraged me as I was having trouble going to places that I never go to. I am a retired NYC Firefighter that suffers from PTSD,bipolar,nightmares, extreme anxiety from my time at World Trade Center and continued deaths of friends do to illnesses ( cancer) I see a Therapist weekly and psychiatrist and am on 4 different medications. I called to cancel because of task and was encouraged to try and continue.

Marq was very knowledgeable and and very helpful! He was also very thorough.

Well far all is good. When uploading videos, there needs to be a second upload to each. This is helpful for the entering vehicle and leaving the video. Thanks and I hope to complete the video uploads soon.

Great directions and well written questions

Taylor was so awesome to work with. She was available for feedback and help with whatever we needed. She was so caring and supportive throughout the process making it enjoyable and fun. We got so much out of it and she was truly the key to all of it!

Debbie was great and was very understanding of my situation., I have had panic disorder for many years and now I can hopefully go on a plane feeling more secure. I have a letter from my psychiatrist if you need a copy. Thank you very much Theresa Alvite
