I receive a great trainer.. Everett!! My puppy learned a lot from him. The management is terrible. So many no shows and not letting me know. So 3 Emergency’s and one sick. It’s Dam 8 week training. They do not communicate with me about training. I asked for refund after the last no show and no correspondence for the last to classes. Very unreliable.. again my trainer was Awesome!!

The training program was clear and the videos were excellent. Customer service was excellent. Easy to contact. I was able to contact customer service when I had a problem with uploading the videos. The problem was solved immediately. The video was assessed very quickly.

I enjoyed the way I could work with my dog at our own pace. Although I didn’t really like how many times the lessons told you of what your dog needed to learn, although the lessons seemed to not really tell you the step by step actions of how to train and I had to figure out by myself. I had to go to YouTube or other sites to do learn the hands on approach.

Hi there! I'm glad you found the self-paced aspect of the course to be beneficial. I do apologize if you feel the course lacked any information on training. You are more than welcome to give us a call if you have any questions that need clearing up! We are here seven days a week for customer assistance.

Once they realized I was not coughing up $250 for a behaviorist or $50 for a consult they were not interested in speaking to me much more. They asked zero questions I was supposed to provide the info I thought they were looking for, my 30 minute consult lasted 9 minutes. They asked me nothing to get a history on my dog. Just wanted to sell me something. I was hoping for more.

That's very impressed with the entire process from signing up to the testing procedure. Instructors are very thorough and willing to explain very clearly on what the process entails and follow right through to the end with a personal call at the completion of the training and certification. I'm so proud of my service dog and thank you for all your help and to certify my service dog.
