Lost account access for months.
A few months ago I signed up and sent a few important legal mail items. I assumed I'd be able to log on again to track the mail. Then in October I paid and set up to mail item another important letter/document. Later that day I received an email from a noreply address "We were unable to fulfill your mailing request(s) submitted via DocuPost. Your pending mailings have been cancelled and a refund has been initiated if applicable. Refunds may take 3-7 days to appear on your credit card statement. We apologize for the inconvenience." I tried to log on and when I get to the dashboard, it flashes my account for under a second and then gives me a blank screen. I have tried multiple times since then and I cannot access my account or my previously mailed documents. These are LEGAL DOCUMENTS. I must be able to track them. There is no way to even contact customer support. This company has 100% violated my trust and put me legally at risk by cutting off access to the mail I sent and giving me no way to even access the tracking numbers. I am considering legal action. Stay away and DO NOT TRUST this company. Update: On Nov 9, 2025, the company restored my access to my account.
