This is a fraudulent company. They will keep charging you regardless if you cancel your subscription.

charged my card with monthly…
charged my card with monthly subscription $39.00 , without me signing up for it. I only payed for a 2 dollar charge. I had to cancel my card to stop it.

Unusable and overpriced
Service was utilized to create an eviction notice. The notice was improperly formatted, inconsistently written, and unusable. Google ended up being a better and free service. Additionally, despite confirmation of cancelation a second cancelation step must be followed. This predatory practice is commonly used by subpar inefficient vendors. Buyer beware their services are inefficacious, costly, and intentionally difficult to cancel.

I did not sign up to a subscription
I did not sign up to a subscription. I very specifically chose not to and needed one document and yet money was taken from my account anyway on a fake subscription. Avoid!

I was put under the impression that I…
I was put under the impression that I would be charged one fee. They took money out of my account 3 times within several days. One amount was much larger than what I would have agreed to. When I emailed them they replied saing "there have been no additional payments on this account". I didn't even use any of their documents.

Ripoff/scam. This is not free as the intro page says. Unless entering your credit card info and it is charged is considered free.
Ripoff temporary credit card charge scam. This is not free as it says on the first page. After you fill out the form with all the info you have to enter credit card info. Scam, scam, scam.
