Dear Customer, Thank you for your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration you've experienced. Our goal is to provide solutions that minimize costs, which is why we initially offered a partial refund as an alternative to returning the product. However, if you prefer to return the lamp, we can absolutely provide you with the US return address. Once we receive the returned item, we will process a full refund promptly. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to resolve this for you. Best regards, Chloe Docolight Support Team
