4/11 - Thanks again for your input. Regarding third party module developers, we recently launched the Evoq Preferred Program. Vendors accepted into the Evoq Preferred Program make a commitment to keeping their products up to date with the latest Evoq version. In addition, we perform compatibility testing with the majority of Evoq Preferred Program products prior to each Evoq release. I would encourage you to reach your account manager so that we better understand the opportunity to help you with DNN modules. Regards - Franck 3/11 - Thank you for taking the time to write us a review and we apologize for your negative experience with DNN Store (our marketplace for third party add-ons for DNN). We value every single feedback. Your account manager has reached out to you to help address any issues you might be facing. Regards - Franck

4/11 - Thanks again for your input. Regarding module development, we’re in the process of creating documentation for use by module developers. Regarding customer support, we’ve clearly underperformed, given that you’re using a third party support provider. But, our customer support manager would like to have a brief conversation with you, to better understand your support experiences. So, feel free to reach us at your earlier convenience. Regards - Franck 3/10 - Hi John – Thank for your comments regarding our product and service. We are taking your concern very seriously, and someone at DNN will be in touch with you shortly. Regards - Franck
