They have the wrong information and they don’t ring you back Scam company

Absolutely useless, the information I got from our company is completely incorrect and their answer to "fixing the problem" was "sorry there is nothing we can do"; instead of helping they only gave excuses. I would not trust their rating information as it is very outdated and not pulling the correct information from the correct sources.

(1) The sales rep lied and claimed we could import a list of 100k domains and match those against the database. The only problem is that there are roughly 10-15% of domains available in our target industries, so the product is useless for our purpose (2) Several attempts to contact about this resulted in D&B completely ignoring us and not bothering to respond (3) I filed a BBB report, and they claimed they were "in contact with us." Another lie. (4) Then the cherry on top: They finally said they canceled the account and would issue a refund in 3-5 business days, after which we were subsequently charged AGAIN the very next day! In all four steps, they lied. I'm assuming all these reviews are fake reviews written by employees because there is no way anyone could find this company competent, or in any way honest.

@DunBradstreet I’ve finally got on to my back office to view my business information. I click to changes some info, like my address because it has changed and now the system tells me I need to verify my identity?! This is for my business, not me and why am I giving your more personal info to change my info on file once I’m already in the back office?! Why once I verify that all my information is in correctly, your @DunBradstreet system tells me I’ll be locked out if I don’t have the correct info, WHICH I KNOW I HAVE BECAUSE ITS MY PERSONAL INFO! This is redundant and you need to update your systems now!!!!

literally the worst customer support experience I have had in awhile. trying to verify my account but it does not go through. then I call support, to which I find out that I did not pay for the service (as I can not log in to do so) so they transferred me to a lower level of support. then, the support rep entered in in the wrong DUNS # and wanted to send me an email on how to fix the scenario when he himself did not know what was going on. I asked to speak to a manager 3 times with no success. absolutely no way will I pay for this service

I had to update the outdated an inaccurate information for my company. It's been a horrible experience. Registering for the DUNS Manager to make changes was a problem, since they couldn't "verify" me. Since I was making updates for 9 divisions, they said it would be easier to process updates by phone. On the phone (with wait times often times over 30 minutes) I've dealt with offshore employees whose English abilities vary. The amount of time it takes to process a change is ridiculous - between a week or two for them to make an internal change and then "up to 30 business days" for the change to "process through their system" and be visible to the public. In the 21st century, this time lag is a complete joke. On a couple of occasions the their processed changes incorrectly - and really had no sense of urgency to make it right. Every call is met with the same bureaucratic responses. In desperation I talked to a Sales person about one of their products to see if I could get my needed changes expedited. For an $8,000 subscription my problem could be fixed in 48 hours - all I had to do was buy a product I had absolutely no need for. (we turned them down.) This was once considered a reputable company. Now it's just a data gathering organization that is lumbering along with outdated IT systems peddling dubious products.

The government shouldn't require Dun & Bradstreet. That is take a off a lot time for business to update company information. I had called in over five times to update my company information. This is USA but the way day work like those communist country. I think the government should watch this organization.
