Beware, This company will steal you private details like name, address etc and create a profile for themselves and publishing your details making out that you are a client. Extremely dangerous people and dodgy.

I wish this place can be shut down or hire more professional individuals. I spoke to a guy yesterday he was such a rude person. Last month I call customer service to figure out why every time I logged in it gave me someone else that lives in my development business information. They said it was by mistake etc and apologize, then told me he would put in an expedited request to have my DUNS number created. If possible I want that call pulled and review for coaching. I work in customer service and wouldn’t dare talk down to people. I really wish I remembered his name. This morning I got an email saying ( Thank you for requesting a D-U-N-S Number with Dun & Bradstreet. Unfortunately, your request could not be completed at this time.) After the unprofessional idiot I spoke with told me it hasn’t been 30 days then try to get me to pay $200.00 + to expedite my request. I am furious about this.

Total SCAM. They get you to do work, ie: re-write, proof read, edit, 50 pages of work, and have you send it to receive payment. Then send you a form, requiring a Company ID Number, which suddenly, YOU are responsible to pay $300USD for. They do not mention any of this until the work is completed. I have a disabled husband and you child. This job took hours of my personal time for nothing. Don't do it.

D&B IS FRAUD The "customer service" staff is uneducated and have absolutely no clue what they are doing. They refuse to connect to managers, they steal your information and do nothing with it. This is a pointless company that engages in fraud.

Their website sucks and they are not reputable.... multiple times I have tried to update our address something that simple and they keep kicking me out saying "To protect our customers and their data, a maximum of three attempts are allowed at a time. Once the retry limit is reached there is a one week cooldown period before another verification attempt is possible." I have tried over the course of 3 weeks and I get this error every time their site is just horrible and does not work properly.

This company does not have credibility, an American company has requested a report on our company and the information disclosed is absolutely false, from the number of employees to the annual turnover and so on, They have provided old information from 22 years ago when the company opened without updating the file. Result we were refused to obtain credit with certain American suppliers, thinking that we are not creditworthy. D&B said they will update the file but the damage is done.

I would give a 0 if I could. This company has ruined my company reputation and there is no one to answer for the false information they are exhibiting on the website as if it was true!! I am so frustrated we are excellent payers and I though my rating was going to reflect as such, complete opposite! unbelievable how a company like that can get away with all this lies!!
