I would never recommend Dun & Bradstreet, They do not correct problems with their site. They do not help their customers. They send weekly emails saying they are trying to correct the problem but they never do and thank you for your patience. Never would I recommend this company to anyone. All they do is give you the run around and keep your score low so you will purchase their service to help improve your credit score which is extremely expensive. This is a wasted service.

It is the best proof that AI will never be able to "take over the world"! It's one of the dumbest, most rigid, less creative and unhelpful pieces of "AI" I've ever interacted with. How a company with such a mediocre level of customer facing UI and service can still be in business is beyond me...
