Fantastic customer service ALWAYS Always fly from Manchester with Emirates and Dnata are the ground handling agents for Emirates. The staff are always fantastic and i mean fantastic. They are always smiling, happy , polite and courteous and an absolute credit to the Emirates brand. Special mention to Lauren the Duty Manager &Nicole the other Duty Manager both are fantastic ambassadors for the company and cannot do enough. Mo and Emna are again amazing check in staff to deal with and make the check in experience seamless and always with a smile. I apologise if i have missed anyone else out but it's a fantastic Dnata Team at Manchester

Hi team Dnata, You have a superstar on your team called Wibushini, working for Dnata Baggage at Heathrow airport. She was super helpful and kind to my father who was very stressed about our lost luggage. She provided the utmost care and support, showcasing her professionalism. Thank you Wibushini, ( I hope I spelled that correctly)
