I had a WizzAir DXB-BUD-STN flight from T2 on 1-Sep. The dnata staff did not allow me and my family of 5 to board, saying I need to have a visa even if I am just transiting through Budapest. Though I had a confirmed onward journey to London (Stansted), they did not budge. They went to the extent of saying if I had booked via any other airline, they would have allowed me to go. I really do not understand how is this possible. Their Team Leader, Saud, was there to make everyone's life miserable. He asked us to wait, promising to do something, and then vanished for more than 2 hours, only to return and say oh I cannot do anything. dnata's whole attitude was to make every passenger's travel difficult. Pathetic!!

After delay of my luggage I got one day later a phone call for delivering the next day. I stayed at home, no one came. Next day, after contact, again expected between 14:00 - 22:00 no luggage, Now day 4: still no luggage. No call when to expect. What is it?? My luggage is already 4 days in the Netherlands, but still not delivered and no call when to expect.

I wouldn't give them even a one star they don't deserve it. I was connecting my flight through Dubai my our bags went missing I and my daughter.qw flew from Philadelphia to dxb the bags went missing we reported it to the airport in dubai terminal one and they say they tracking the bags and I have a flight to mombasa to board the next day with fly Dubai on Wed 08/20/25 guess wat I didn't have my bags till tonight I got mine ripped torn in to pieces,stuff stolen ,pads were ripped open dirt tissues inside someone wipes their dirty hands n put in my luggage,lsomeone tampered with my luggages..it's looks like human rats chewing my luggages up. A lot of stuff missing. They put some stuff in plastic bag written dnata checked bag things falling out bags plastic torn apart. When u call to report someone has an attitude .. she says not them. And right now they are holding my daughter's two luggages in dxb terminal 1.. I still they didn't put them in the plane waiting for approval. From where? I paid for connecting flight and it was supposed to send all the bags.. y holding my daughter's luggages? We can't even attend the wedding which start tomorrow they are alot of wedding stuff for the bride.. which already been taken plus the other two luggages still missing. Am soo pissed. Am so disappointed with that airport which is the biggest hub .. I don't know how people turn so cruel to steal people stuff n ripped the bag s up .and the communication is so poor.. they never communicated with me at all. And in top of that how do I kno my daughter bags are still their in dxb ? I kno ..and I have evidence of everything they did to my luggage is like the human rat has some grudge on the luggage. I have pics videos .. and I have proof of every. They can't lie about it..it's so shameful dnata to do all this.. wat did I do to you guys to destroy my d family wedding n ruin our vacation.. all the few clothes which remaining inside is like someone pour some liquid in it smells so bad .. and they are wet.. I don't kno if it's pee? I have no idea smells so awful they are new clothes all of them. Dnata I need my daughter's bags still sitting in dxb terminal 1.. and I hope they are not tampered with. Am soo pissed with u guys.. I have reported it n some one at the call center has an attitude n wanted to hang up on me.

Hoe een vrachtwagenchauffeur hier wordt behandeld, gaat alle menselijke rechten te boven. Je mag zelfs niet eens naar het toilet!!! Ik hoop dat alle luchtvaartmaatschappijen en transportbedrijven zich van dnate afkeren.

Deze afhandeling is onzin ten top. Incheckdames voor Swiss Airlines die meer aan mode doen dan het werk, staan in groepjes met elkaar te praten terwijl de rij echt meters lang is. Vervolgens benoem je dit en wordt je afgesnauwd alsof je een hond bent. Op het moment van veel drukte gewoon weglopen omdat je naar de wc moet, hierdoor 10 minuten langer moeten wachten. Alleen maar bellen achter de balies, geen idee wat ze aan het doen waren. Een vriendelijke donkere jongen die nog even naar ons toeliep om dit extra toe te lichten en zich names "zijn" team te verontschuldigen was nog wel fijn. Maar dit kan gewoon echt niet! Vervolgens bij aankomst gate B17 dezelfde modepoppen aangetroffen die deze vlucht hadden. Alleen maar praten over onsmakelijke onderwerpen waar mn kinderen gewoon bij staan! Hallo?! Hoe kan dit??! Schelden en schreeuwen terwijl er hele voedselpaketten worden opgevroten tijdens het boarden. Swiss Airlines moet hier wat aan doen. Deze dames zijn zo onprofessioneel, willen ze er eigenlijk wel zijn? Wie neemt hun aan? Krijgen ze ooit feedback? Dit kan niet. Doe hier wat aan AUB!!

Jammer dat ik geen 0 sterren mag geven, want 1 is echt teveel. Medewerkers niet bekwaam en onbeschoft. Wij moesten erg lang wachten op Schiphol op onze hond die meegevlogen was. 2 dames (eigenlijk nog meisjes) geven je tot 3 keer toe verkeerde informatie. Volgens hen moesten we gewoon wachten totdat onze hond bij de afgesproken plek zou zijn. Volgens 3 verschillende andere personen moesten we ons melden bij hun balie waarna zij ervoor zouden zorgen dat we onze hond konden oppikken. Uitenidelijk door een vriendelijke dame van Swissport geholpen. Er kon geen excuus bij de dames van Dnata vanaf. Sterker nog, ze bleven beweren dat zij gelijk hadden. Kansloos.....Jammer Corendon, dat jullie met deze partij nog steeds zaken doen.

Zeer onbeschoft personeel en nul klantvriendelijkheid van Dnata tijdens boarding! Schaamteloos! Als passagier met assistentie stond ik met verbazing te kijken naar de brutaliteit van de medewerkster die met ons paspoort gooide en afsnauwde tijdens paspoort en boardingpass controle! Zelfs Schiphol medewerkers boden hun excuses aan voor dat gedrag van deze dnata personeelslid!

I recently flew from Hong Kong to Melbourne and experienced a delayed baggage situation. The luggage was delivered to me later by dnata, but I was shocked to find it had been opened and my HSBC bank card was missing from inside the bag. I’ve reported the issue to dnata, but I’m extremely disappointed and concerned about the lack of security during the handling and delivery process. This experience has shaken my trust in how baggage is managed, especially when items of personal and financial importance are involved. I hope dnata and the airline take this seriously and investigate how this could have happened.
