Results were quick and test was easy. I wish all the results had come in one document rather than several and days apart. I also wish there was a larger disxount for multiple pets.

They did not deliver my result in the 3 days after receiving them in the lab like promised. It was 7 to 10 days before I got my results. They sent a very confusing message about my dad or brother could be the father and they needed to test them... My dad isn't capable of having children and I do not have a brother. I had to change the password several times to eventually gain access to my results. Every time I spoke to someone on the phone they did not seem to have any information concerning my test results.

We are still confused. We paid the free, then type wanted an extra 75.00 because the father could be an uncle. So we still don’t know if he is an uncle? He was not the the father, but why did we have to even pay an extra fee when I told her he could be an uncle she said we had to pay 75.00 more to know. And all we know is he was not the father.

Results were back quickly, 7 days since the date I mailed them till the day the results were in my email, directions on how to read results were easy. Always got someone on the phone when I called them in a timely manner which I did numerous times. Friendly and good customer service. Only complaint I have was it took numerous attempts for me to get to the list of reviews on the website or could be just the user being me... otherwise I was satisfied with service
