This company was very fast and efficient. They let me know they received the sample and when I could expect results. I received an email several days sooner than I expected telling me my "Petey" was a GIRL! According to eye color, he should've been a boy. Finding out she is a girl is very important, so I can be vig.ilant about any egg issues she may have. Thank you DNA Diagnostics

The staff was courteous and I received my sample kit as promised and was notified within the published time for results. I have used DDC for several years and have always been pleased with their service. I have suggested using DDC to my friends and acquaintances and believe they were pleased as well. I was happy with the time line in reference to receiving results on my GSD for DM.

The feedback came in early. The report was easy to understand and comprehensive. I shared the report with the family veterinarian and they found it very helpful.

I paid $30.00 for the test results the next business day. It was an option on the return form. I didn't receive them the next business day and $30.00 were withdrawn from my account the same day, I received an email stating DDC receive the packet from me. I paid the total of $179.00 the day I ordered the DDC test. I didn't have a balance. False advertisement and I didn't receive a refund.
