Took 1 month - NOT 2 Days
Friendly and transparent but advertise a certain time frame that didn't fit my results. I thank them for the accuracy but it did take awhile.

David, we're sorry the test results came later than you had hoped, and you had to wait longer than what we claim. I checked carefully with the Service Team in this matter. We found your Case, & we show your sample came in quickly. It was in our lab for almost 30 days before the child's sample arrived. This can happen when the two parties being tested are in two different locations. Once the child's sample arrived, we quickly processed the test - in 1 day in fact. I don't know if there was a delay in the other party sending in the sample, or if the US mail service delayed the shipment. In any event, we hope this explains the delay. Sincerely, Jim H., DDC

Excellent service
I feel lucky to have DNA diagnostic Center do my sample collection and processing. They took care of the whole process including sending the resuts to the requested facility. Keep the good work.

Would use again!
I was looking for an inexpensive way to verify paternity for one of my adopted children. I didn't need anything legal but needed a test for my son's peace of mind. I was very happy with how easy and quick it was.

I got your prenatal DNA testing and was very satisfied! ^_^
I would recommend using DDC prenatal testing. They were reliable and easy to use and helped me. I do however wish they offered discounts for paying up front for the total cost of the prenatal test, or the test was even cheaper anyway.

wonderful customer service
When I first started the process the person I talked to was very helpful. They walked through all the steps and were patient with when my daughter started to get a little fussy during the phone call. They were able to explain any questions I had, how the test will work how long I'll weight for a result, and also gave me a number to call if I had any questions once I got the test. I was nervous when I started the call but by the end the person I spoke to made me not feel nervous about ordering the test and all. I also called after the test to see if it had been received, about a week after mailing it back, and the person I talked to was also very polite in helping me. It was also convient I could review my results online. With a busy schedule it was nice to not have to wait for the mail. Also the results are very easy to understand. Not a lot of extra unnecessary things. Overall I'm very impressed with this company and how they handled everything.

I think the price is reasonable
I've always contacted DNA Diagnostic Center for the testing for my clients. I feel that the price is reasonable and cheaper than the previous company I used. I'd recommend DDA to my friends and people I know.

Need to call people when results are done
Okay service you just need to let people to know they need to call you

Corey, thank you for your feedback. As we test thousands of people each month, we are somewhat challenged to call each party when the results are completed, especially when we get many answering machines and are not able to leave such a sensitive message. Therefore we offer a service that automatically emails the party when the results are ready to view online. If we didn't offer you this option, we are sorry, and we'll talk to our teams to ensure this option is always offered. Jim H., DDC
