Misleading measurements
I received the surgical bra, that stated it fit my measurements. When the bra arrived it did not fit my measurements and they would not even exchange it or give me a refund stating it was clearly noted on their order page there are no refunds on this product. It was a flat out refusal.
Deceptive fit measurements and you are stuck with a $50 bra that is too small.

ROBBERS
NO communication. They steal money. The brace I bought was unused and they refused to take it back. They should not be in business. My therapist told me to buy the brace from them and GOD am I sorry. I wasted 225.00 and they don't bother to communicate. Buy from them IF YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY.

TERRIBLE experience - night splints
I ordered a pair of night splints for my feet to help with my plantar fasciitis. I wear a size 9 1/2 men's shoe, so ordered the large/XL. When I received them I tried 1 on and it didn't come close to fitting. So I returned them. They refunded money for one of them, minus their 20% restocking fee, and returned the other to me, which I can't use (I ensured there was no hair or other "debris" on the split). I recommend unless you know exactly what you need, including size, DO NOT buy from them, and even then their sizing may be very inaccurate and you're stuck. Waste of money and I will never use them again.

Order came & returning unopened &…
Order came & returning unopened & unused. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY-Unless you plan on not returning. The cust service rep told me I was wasting my time. Reported to BBB & CA atty general & writing to corporate. Website is NOT clear on inability to return cold compression items. Rep gave excuse about hospitals and taking used equipment. Violates consumer protection law in IL and CA (they're in CA & I'm in IL)

Refused return request
Sent me the wrong item. When I called them to return it they refused to accommodate me claiming they never make mistakes. Use any vendor other than DME Direct.

Very disappointing experience with…
Very disappointing experience with DME-Direct.
I ordered BioSkin compression shorts for an injury recovery need. The item arrived later than expected, and when it finally showed up, the sizing was completely unusable. I ordered a medium, but the shorts would not even go over my thighs, let alone fit up to my waist. This was not a small fit issue.
The bigger problem is the return experience. At checkout, the site presented “30 day return,” which made the return policy sound reasonable. What was not clear to me at checkout was that a return would require me to pay return shipping and also lose 20% to a restocking fee. Had that been clearly presented up front, I would not have purchased from them.
I contacted them to request a return authorization number and explained the delayed arrival, the unusable fit, and my concern that the fees were not clearly disclosed. The response I received was dismissive and defensive. Instead of trying to help, they essentially told me I had checked the terms box, that some people read the full policy and some do not, and suggested I sell the item on eBay or Facebook Marketplace if I wanted to avoid the restocking fee.
That is not customer service. That is blaming the customer.
For a medical support product, especially one being purchased by someone trying to recover from an injury, I expected better. Slow delivery, poor sizing outcome, expensive return terms, and a condescending response when I asked for help.
I would not shop here again. Amazon and other retailers win for a reason, faster shipping, easier returns, and a much better customer experience.
