DMARC ReportReviews of dmarcreport.com

DMARCReport significantly improved our email deliverability by preventing phishing attacks and unauthorized emails. It helped us seamlessly manage multiple domains, and the high-volume reporting ensured we stayed on top of email security. I would gladly like to express more. DMARCReport is a powerful tool that offers thorough DMARC reporting and is intended to improve email security. It provides several capabilities especially advantageous for enterprises trying to defend their domains against attacks via intermediary mail and phishing. 1. Its DNS Record Wizards make setting up and implementing DKIM, SPF, and DMARC records more accessible. 2. It has a simple and easy user interface; even a non-technical person can utilize it. 2. Beyond DMARC, it supports MTA-STS, TLS-RPT, and BIMI standards. 3. Its reports assist in identifying unauthorized email activities so that we can take prompt action to correct the errors. 4. It offers comprehensive insights into email authentication outcomes. 5. It provides information about every IP address that uses your domain to send emails through its Sending Source IP Reports. 6. It provides weekly data in-depth enough to track email performance without requiring frequent logins. 7. It provides excellent and prompt customer support. 8. We can easily use DMARCReport frequently and monitor it once a week to examine comprehensive email performance data. 9. It enables you to provide your customers access to their reports from a white-labeled interface or even with its exclusive iframe widget in your reporting tool. 10. It can be integrated through the REST API to craft custom dashboards and reports. DMARCReport is an effective solution for small businesses seeking to enhance their email security. Its user-friendly design, comprehensive reporting features, and competitive pricing make it a valuable tool despite its minor limitations in SPF flattening and report gathering time. The things that can be improved and can be taken care of by DMARCReport are: 1. Lack of Support for SPF Flattening: This tool feature can be a drawback for domains with intricate SPF data. 2. Report Gathering Time: Compared to specific competitors (MailerCheck, WHOIS.is, Expert Insights), the tool may take up to 24 hours to compile and display email reports. DMARCReport is a valuable tool for small companies looking to improve email security.

We've been using DMARC Report for over a year now and the experience has been truly awesome. Easy to set up and monitor, and what's also very important is that their support is second to none (responsive and to the point).

Honestly, I can’t say enough great things about DMARC Report! I purchased this tool so that I could transfer my reports from someone else to monitor myself. Upon transfer, I immediately noticed an issue showing up on the reports with my DNS/DMARC records. I had someone else monitoring and was a little surprised I hadn’t been notified of an issue. I put a call out for help to people in my community (as I don’t really comprehend this DMARC/DNS stuff). I had 3 people test my records with their tools and all came back green/ok, but DMARC report did not, and so I kept pushing for more opinions. Finally someone figured out that my CNAME was broken on the back end, which meant everything looked fine and validated on the surface, but because the CNAME was actually broken, my records were not actually compliant. Not all tools are equal, and had it not been for DMARC Report, who knows how long I would have had broken records- without knowing, since regular tools reported everything as ok. This could have potentially killed my business, as 80% of my business is through email marketing, and this error was killing my domain reputation without me even knowing. I am so thankful for this tool and I HIGHLY recommend it to anyone and everyone doing email marketing! I would like to add that their support also impressed me! I had to reach out numerous times and each time I had a response within hours (usually 1-3 hours), and if they couldn’t find a solution I was escalated to the appropriate department/team, and always had a response (and most times a solution) within 24 hours! They are kind and courteous, and helped to explain things that I did not understand. This is such a great product that is higher level than most tools that are similar out there, with incredible support response time and excellent customer service!

DMARC just works, simple as that. I have tried others which are cumbersome, complicated or takes a coder to actually work out how to use it. This one let me a non-coder to easily follow the instructions and actually protect my email from people pretending to me. This, I felt, has increased deliverability. The weekly reports are useful too for me and can be separated by domain. And I can see which emails have failed to deliver. A solid product.

Until I started working with my DMARC reports, I used to experience message delivery failuers but didn't know why. My email address had been spoofed a few times but I had no clue where the problem eminated from. Now, within a short period of time after adding my domain details to DMARC reports, I was able to identify problems and implement the correct policies to keep further problems at bay.
