Damien was amazing, helpful and answered all our questions as we were first time home buyers

Damien Grant was enormously efficient and helpful with the loan process. He did an brilliant job. He responded to our questions on time. I will recommend him highly to my friends and colleague.

This is the third time that I have worked with Damien L. Grant and his team and I must admit they have always been phenomenal from start to finish. We tackled 2 loans during this very volatile time of the pandemic. Damien was ahead of the game researching information and had answers to my questions with speed and accuracy. He was also impressively ALWAYS available to answer my questions while attending to the psychological part of the fluctuating process and put my mind at ease. He not only was able to deliver what he promised in the beginning, but, yet again he exceeded my expectations and did a phenomenal Job!! Not only do I highly recommend Damien to all my family and friends, but I will continue to come back to him for all my future loan needs.

Damien was wonderful to work with and very professional. He was able to get us a great rate on our refinance and do the refinance quickly! He was able to answer all our questions and explained the process thoroughly. Damien was available for calls at any time and was quick to respond when needed. I would definitely recommend Damien if you are looking for a lender that is very professional. Thanks so much for all your help Damien! It was a pleasure working with you.
