I honestly don’t even know where to begin. I’m still kind of in shock that we actually made it to the finish line. It just doesn't feel real yet! I came to Damien for help refinancing my investment property, and my situation was definitely not a simple one. There were a lot of moving parts and several challenges that came up throughout the process. Damien helped me figure everything out step by step and never gave up on getting my loan completed. What I appreciated most was how involved he was. He stayed on top of everything, kept me informed, answered my questions, and whenever something came up, he worked to find a solution and keep things moving. I also really appreciated the extra time he took to educate me on things if I had trouble understanding documents or any step of the process.
