Hi there, We have to predict what we will sell in the coming months and then have the stock ready to go. If we sell more than predicted we have to go out and get more quickly as not to sell out and also get more than expected for the coming months as we have to raise our projections. When that happens we have to pay more and sale prices have to go up. As we level off and we can keep up with our inventory, prices come down. We try to keep prices as low as possible because we sell more when prices are low. We also have our 120 day warranty that protects you if anything were to go wrong with your order, so you always know you'll be happy with your purchase - Thanks, DKOldies

Hi! We offer the upgrade since not every gamer needs original controllers and prefers the lower price if they are simply able to play the games. We test all of our consoles to ensure they are working properly. If the console is in working condition, we do not need to replace the hardware.
