I sold many games and systems to this company. The transaction was very smooth and quick. I received the check just a few days after they received the package. I had many questions for them, and they responded to most of my email inquiries very quickly as well and I felt that they were forthright and honest in all of the conversations. They paid more for my merchandise than any other company out there and I felt like it was a fair deal. The only issue I had was that they didn't respond quickly enough to one inquiry regarding what they would offer me for certain PS1 and PS2 games, and if I had known what they would give me I probably wouldn't have sold them. HOWEVER, I guess that's my fault for sending them items without receiving a quote first. Overall, a great experience with a reputable company! 5 stars!

Not much to say, I only bought a small bag of nes screws. However, it was one of the few places I found them, they werent even on ebay! Seems to have a good variety of great retro items, both for restoring and playing classic games. Quick shipping, professional communication, no problems at all! Thanks again!

This was my 1st time ordering from DKOldies. First, their website is simple to navigate (find products, prices, descriptions, etc), which right of the back was a huge plus. I find their prices on the majority of games they sell to be on par or cheaper than other sites. There were some that were a bit higher ($1-$3), but the free shipping more than made up for that. (Free shipping on orders over $25 was another huge plus. Who wants to be spending $ on shipping when that cost could go to purchasing more games?) Their selection is huge as well. After ordering I called with a question (after business hours). They were quick to get back to me and very polite on the phone. My order arrived 6 days after it was placed...again keeping in mind that I ordered online, Friday, after business hours, and still received my order really fast! The games were in great condition for their age.There was only some minor scratches on the labels, and one had some sticker residue which was fine with me and to be expected on games that old. All the games worked 100% and I couldn't be more satisfied. In summation: Easy website, great selection, good pricing, free shipping over $25, fast shipping, solid friendly customer service, and products that come as promised. I am glad to finally find a place I can trust to order my games and accessories from. I would highly recommend DKOldies, and will be placing many more orders.

I received a defective Game Boy cartridge, and contacted DK Oldies customer service. Chris, in customer service explained how to troubleshoot the cartridge and after it was apparent that the cartridge was not powering up, Chris gave me specific instructions on how to send the defective cartridge back for a replacement. I have purchased many products through DK Oldies, and this was the first occurrence for me to receive a defective product. DK Oldies customer service remedied the situation quickly and sent me a new cartridge. Their customer satisfaction and service are really, second to none!
