I looove their social media videos. As an owner of many old systems I can say the pricing in their website is absurd! Most of these systems and games were cheaper when brand new. I get it's a business but you can go to any goodwill or pawn shop and get better deals. I don't see this lasting into the years to come.

I did an order through these guys Last month which was May 2022. I ordered the "Discounted NES pack" and when I received the item the system FAILED to work at all they sent me another one and did the same thing. And also I did another after that and they messed it up by sending me the PS2 version of a game when I ordered the PSP version. Most of Everything on their website is OVERPRICED you can find better on eBay or check to see if you have a local retro game shop near you.

Why is it so expensive i went to find the differences as i went to dkoldies website first and they sell a playstation 2 for 140$?! i bought one on ebay for only 70 bucks! also the games are sometimes overpriced like need for speed underground 2 its 25$ and i bought my copy for only 11$

I ordered a few things from them, a controller, a vmu for dreamcast and 2 games. When I got the box it was missing a game and the receipt just said backordered. Noone emailed me and told me about this or offered me a refund until I emailed them. Then they said would I like to wait for it to come back in stock or get a refund I asked for a different game that was a $15 more for the trouble. Which I find reasonable seeing as I wasn't informed at all about the situation and now I am out $15 with no game for who knows how long. They haven't responded since then I will give them till tomorrow to respond. But the lack of response is ridiculous.

Good selection but rare and complete games way to over priced. I go to the internet to find deals not get completely ripped off.

ordered several games 2 arrived damaged and one just doesn't work right. tried to request an exchange and they just ignored me.

Overall I was disappointed with the way this order was completed. It came a full week late-after christmas and after the new year even-and when we opened it up we were missing one of the games that was supposed to be included. Seems careless to me, especially charging that much money and not receiving everything in the order. I emailed dkoldies and still have received no response. Hoping the second game is sent right away.
