DkoldiesReviews of dkoldies.com

Bought a snes console and 3 donkey con games received console no power cord and 1 donkey con game called about the power cord and the other game was guaranteed the game and power cord would be sent received the game still no power cord. Bad customer service.

DKoldies sucks. I ordered a Dreamcast and games. Received the games, but no Dreamcast. Sent back games, no response. Do not do business with these people.

I purchased a gamecube, mariokart double dash, and super mario sunshine and the console and controller were not in good shape. They were both clearly well used and had obvious scratches. The gamecubes laser sometimes just didn't work and the controller had a lot of wear and tear. The prices were huge in comparison to sites like ebay. When it comes to the games one of them just flat out didn't work no matter how hard I tried. I would not buy from these people just use ebay or your countries equivalent

My order took weeks to arrive (no problem because it is the holiday season) but when it finally arrived the controller and console didn't work. The console didn't read disc's and the controller didn't work. Pretty bad customer experience so far. They shipped me another system and it didn't work either. The people were nice and helpful at the customer service department but I would never purchase from them again, their products don't work!!

Bad packaging for years, most my orders were broken or with issues. Now customer service and even the owner are ignoring me. Sure they said I could exchange my most recently broken game, but then ignored all other questions till I complained to the owner. Then the owner didn’t even respond, but had the rude service rep email me answers to all the questions he previously ignored. Now they both ignore me as I try to finalize an exchange. Garbage. Should have known better when my first order ( majoras mask) showed up smashed to pcs cause of poor packaging, and still the same packaging for single cartridges years later. Shop around... they don’t have exclusive services or best prices anyways.

I bought from dkoldies because of the warranty and because of the fast shipping. It states your package will arrive within 5-11 days but that’s not the case. I ordered on 10.30.17 and my package is set to arrive 11.15.17 and each day I check the tracking it moves the delivery date back. Im sure it will continue to be later and later. This is unacceptable and my warranty better not start until I receive the product.

Issue 1 - One game was missing from the order Issue 2 - Charged $46.00 for $32 postage when inquired about this they said that was standard shipping and handling. Then said there was duty and taxes but there was none because they lowered the declared value of the package to under $20 Issue 3 -worst looking batch of games I have ever ordered some missing top labels others look like they were pulled out of the lake. They just lost a potentially good customer. There are much better online game sellers out there.

I will never buy from Dkoldies ever again. They sent me a broken controller. I asked for them to replace it and send a working controller. They wanted me to ship the broken controller back for them to test and said they would replace it after they tested it. Shipping the controller back to them would cost me more than a new controller plus several weeks of waiting. If you want to receive your goods in working order I would suggest you order from someone else. With Dkoldies it is your responsibility to test the merchandise after you have paid for it. If it doesn't work it's your responsibility to pay and send it back to them. I made a big mistake giving them my business. I'll be ordering from one of the many competitors if I need new games or accessories for the NES.
