Awful Customer Service/Delivery Service
The delivery and subsequent customer service has been Awful! I ordered a USB and three 2 meter chroma cables yet only the USB has arrived. It's been over a month and I'm still waiting and talking to customer service to try to prove that I don't have the cables instead of them just admitting they messed up my order and sending me the cables I paid for. I ordered once before last year and everything was perfect. I don't understand how the quality of service has gone down so far in only a year but it's deeply frustrating.
