The merchandise I received was exceptional; however, I did not receive all of it, and I am having a hard time getting everything I paid for. Disappointed…
I actually DID contact them and was told I would get a call back.I never got the call back. I have witnesses who saw me open the box. I have the phone records to prove it. This is NOT a false claim.I also have the emails to prove it. If this is how you do business…
Do not go through DJDeals if you have an issue with an order such as missing merchandise. I actually contacted the company, Chauvet, and all I had to do was provide my invoice, and they immediately sent me my missing merchandise. They also said that they never said it was a false claim. I told them what happened, and they did not in any way imply that I had already gotten the merchandise.I often order lighting equipment, and I will go straight through Chauvet next time. Chauvet provided exceptional customer service (not DJDeals)! 5 stars for Chauvet!

Hi Lynnette Sauers,
You were told to contact Chauvet directly as your claim that Chauvet failed to ship your order fully was proved to be false by Chauvet's distributor. The distributor said" This person is lying, obviously the package was shipped complete, and way ahead of schedule, she should be thrilled".
You were instructed to email [email protected] or to call (855) 556-8444 but you failed to do so and instead wrote a fake review.

slow process
Took too long to send a confirmation code or to accept buyers order.
Replying to what dj deals had said: I did try to called, I did try to email you directly, but 1. You don’t have a phone number on your website. 2 the way you set up your site is set to you can’t freaking send an email. I have screenshots of all the process if you like me to send them to you. I tried. I had to call my bank for them to get a hold of you. Then 2 hours later you had processed my transaction after waiting 3-4 days. Other companies send me confirmation code withing 24hrs.

Don't walk--RUN!
While for more than two weeks I have been unable to (in any shape form, or fashion,) reach ANYONE at DJdeals, it took them less than 15 minutes to lodge a complaint with TrustPilot that my review violated the guidelines! Humm. What would the review be If that same energy had been invested in taking care of their customer? I have NEVER written a bad review for a company. But by now, in the midst of this epic time suck, it is the principal of the thing. I invite DJdeals to reach out to me to offer the baseline standard of support a civilized society has come to expect. Otherwise, I will invest additional time in warnings in other review venues available to me on the net. DJdeals, you have now raised the bar for being bad.
To all who read this review and wish to purchase something from DJdeals, be forwarned–– you CANNOT get in touch with these people. It is as if they do not exist. The obstacles to communication are many. It is designed that way.
In numerous attempts over the past two weeks to contact DJdeals to get a Return Authorization, every phone call is a busy signal (I’ve not heard one of those in 20 years) and my “click here” on the website to speak to someone about an RA promptly takes me to Chat to explain to the artificial person what I want to do. The AI (artificial intelligence) swiftly hands me over to “Just Answer Electronics and TV” where I am invited to Pay– to get an answer to my technical support question– that I do not have.
Astonished!
All I can say is: WHAT A JOKE!
I purchased the Behringer X Air XR12 12-Input Digital Mixer. I received it, within a few days and assumed all was well. I learned, to my surprise, that only the XR18 connects to my iMacPro via USB. The USB connection on the XR12 with, its stereo out signal, is only for storage and will not send to my DAW in the iMacPro.
Don’t walk. RUN! Don’t be lured in by a good price. You may find yourself screwed and stuck with a piece of very expensive equipment you can’t use!
If there was anything lower than one star, I would choose it.

Sorry Jerry Bush, but it appears that you might be quite confused.
DJDeals.com hasn't had a phone number since 2001, so nobody here has a clue who you might be attempting to call. If you fabricated your own phone number for us, and then frustrated yourself by calling it, there's not much we can do to help you.
Also, we quite clearly have the best return policy in the music industry, with FREE returns, NO restocking fees when you return an item to us in new condition, and a generous 30 days to return any product. You also appear quite confused about the return policy considering that DJDeals.com doesn't have a "chat" system, and never has, in 21 years. We also do not have whatever this AI thing is that you claim lol. We have one method of contacting us, email...which roughly 15,000 customers a year use, without issue.
Are you confused about where you placed this order? Are you perhaps using some other website to attempt to get a return authorization that isn't our website and has nothing to do with us?
Are you perhaps reviewing the wrong website? Quite literally everything you said above is completely made up and has nothing to do with DJDeals.com, and anyone can figure that out by simply going to the contact page of our website and seeing that there is no such thing as a chat, nor is there any such thing as a phone number.
We will inform Trustpilot that this review is fake.

This kid ordered a discontinued product, so the manufacturer canceled his order. He got mad at the manufacturer for canceling the order. Unfortunately for him, he meant to review Pioneer DJ, but reviewed the retail store.

We will assume you are kidding LOL, as we can Cleary see that you received your tracking ID automatically front he website 3 times! LOL.
You got an email from the website with your tracking number:
Your tracking number is: 9497422899562143962843 shipped via USPS
You then got an email from the US Post Office with your tracking number:
Your tracking number is: 9497422899562143962843 shipped via USPS
And THEN, you can see the tracking number in your order history in your account!
Seems like you accidentally reviewed the wrong company.
