Thank you so much for your thoughtful review, Tim! We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We’re so glad we could help with your order — especially when you only needed a couple of boxes. Supporting customers who don’t want to commit to large minimums is exactly why DIYpack exists. You’re absolutely right that with larger box sizes, shipping can sometimes feel higher than expected — especially since we ship our boxes flat to protect them and keep production efficient. That said, please rest assured we’ve worked hard to negotiate very competitive carrier rates to ensure our customers aren’t overpaying for shipping. We truly appreciate your feedback and your support. If you ever need anything in the future, we’re here to help! — The DIYpack Team

Hi Ben, First, we sincerely apologize for the delay in responding here — we were temporarily locked out of our Trustpilot account and just regained access. We’re truly sorry for the frustration you experienced with the shipping carrier. While we don’t have direct control over carrier handling once a package leaves our facility, we always take situations like this seriously and work quickly to make things right. After catching up with our team, I see that we were able to resolve this the same day you left your review, and we’re glad Joe was able to step in and get everything handled promptly. We truly appreciate you updating your review to recognize the resolution and the service you received. If you feel the issue was ultimately addressed in a way that reflects our commitment to our customers, we would be incredibly grateful if you would consider updating your rating to reflect that experience. Thank you again for your patience and for giving us the opportunity to make it right. — The DIYpack Team
