I place an order for decking material on 5 Nov with delivery promised within 5 working days. I was assured that I would be notified of the delivery day. No notification of delivery was received so on the 6th day I called the company to be informed delivery was scheduled for the following day - when I was unavailable. We rescheduled the delivery for the following week. However, I then received notification by email that the company was cancelling the order and that I would receive a full refund. I have yet to receive the refund of £4200.

Item arrived as was told when called to inquire. Did not receive an automatic email of tracking info or arrival times.

I have not yet receieved my refund. Tracy hasnt replied to my last email from 5 days ago. It has been well over 9 days since your warehouse has recieved the product back. Very disapointed.
