Ordered parts one week ago have not heard a word from them sent a note on chat that I really need the order no response this is my first order with them makes me apprehensive I hope every thing comes out ok

Not the best customer communications however quick shipment
Not the best customer communications. You are not put on hold when you call, instead they ask that you leave a voicemail or email them. No updates after buying product days ago. No response to email inquiry after three days. However, I got my order in one week!

Room for improvement
I'm not sure I would have ever gotten my order had I not called after a week to check on it. Customer service did return my call and they said I would be getting a confirmation email when the item shipped but that never happened either. I would say there's room for improvement.
