Awesome experience. I just feel that the price does not align with the original vision of the founder. I feel that if the program is truly to help people get back on their feet or immigrants a leverage then the price is a just too high compared to the running costs and actual mortgage Divvy pays to the bank. Although, I’m grateful o can but state and warn others to ensure they work hard to jump out.

Thank you for your feedback! Divvy utilizes a model that considers a variety of factors such as comparable market rent rates, bed/bath counts, and estimated expenses to determine rent prices for our homes. It's important to note that the home savings portion of the rent is included in the monthly payment, and when the client is ready to purchase their home, 100% of the home savings portion will be applied towards the down payment.

Divvy gave me a chance when all odds were against me. If your credit score is low but you have steady income then give Divvy a try.
