Forms did not come out correctly per answers I gave on the interview questions. Also the questions asked PRIOR to my paying for this product included whether or not the respondent owes me money, which was the deciding factor in my purchasing this product over others. HOWEVER once I spent my money, there was nothing about the money he owes me. I NEED that included. Your customer service has not been helpful with this matter either. All I receive in response to my emails are cut and paste prewritten responses which do not address my issue at all.

It was a very simple process.

You got my address wrong

I was told I was going to get a discount cause I was charged all at once and not the 4 easy payments on processing a perchase, but then was told they couldn't do anything about it. It was like $30-$60 less of the $600 I was charged but all in Divorce I guess we just have to keep loosing until it's over. Other than that don't ask till the last. I'd love that discount though!
