I have some specific questions that affect the forms

If you have more time than money, and are not detail-oriented, then this is the site for you. I had to consult with an attorney, who identified several errors in the forms that were generated by divorce.com. I've had to spend hours (and still have to spend more time working with case mgmt to ensure that my visitation schedule is accurate). I do not recommend for families with children, based on my personal experience with this site, as it requires a level of detail that this site doesn't offer.

Got the job done but absolutely not worth the money. I had a very straightforward divorce, so I thought using this service would be easier and cheaper than other options. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed and have no idea what I paid for beyond the initial questionnaire being a bit easier than filling out the forms myself. After the questionnaire, the filing service I paid extra for did nothing but add more time to my filing by adding extra days for mailing each way. The extra "checks" they did were not worth the extra hundreds I paid, and I regret not just filing it myself. And then when I had a question, the AI bot they had answering my query was not helpful at all. And then I used their Help Center for a quick question about my form and not only had to pay extra for this additional service after paying hundreds to Divorce.com thinking THEY would be helping with any filing questions, but I then got sucked into an additional membership that I did not realize was completely SEPARATE from Divorce.com and was charged $60/month for the rest of my divorce proceedings. Knowing now that I would have to use a completely different service to get simple questions answered about my forms, I have no idea what I paid Divorce.com hundreds of dollars for. Edit: I did already reach out to Divorce.com about possible reimbursements for having to pay for the extra services and was told that I was not eligible and that their fine print does notify you that the service to get any legal advice is separate from their service and therefore a separate cost.

The timing of everything was so slow. Nothing moved to the next step unless I reached out to the service to move it forward. The final filings must be done on your own, so you are left to figure out how to file all the final paperwork with no guidance. My first filing was rejected because there is also no guidance from the court available online. If you have any urgency to your case or do not want to have to spend hours researching how to file court paperwork, go elsewhere.

If filing for an uncontested divorce, the process was generally easy to understand. Some of the user experience steps are missing, and I had to reach out to support agents a couple of times to request help because of system issues. The process was fairly straightforward, but they missed some required forms for the state of Pennsylvania, and were unhelpful in resolving the issue because they considered my case already closed. I was able to figure out the missing legal requirements myself, but I would not expect it to be easy for anyone to navigate on their own.

It was very slow, and I got different answers to the same questions from different people in your organization. It seems that some of the people did not understand the questions being asked. Also, the instructions on what and where to sign the forms were not clear. I would not recommend your services to anyone.

This purports to be an on-line company but they refuse to accept e-notary even though the filing state accepts e-notary without an issue
