We'd love to include the cost for court fees, but because filing fees often vary by county, they're not included in our pricing. Our check out page and our FAQ page both disclose that the court filing fees are not included.

What I did not understand they took the time to ensure that I understood each step. Everything seemed to be okay at first. I tried to answer questions to the best of my ability and didn’t think too hard about my answers because it was advertised that the process allows for one to update their answers before finalizing. While this is true, they failed to mention that it costs an extra $300 to do that. I consider this a hidden fee and lost faith in your company. I canceled my order without expecting a refund; however, I was fully refunded. While that was pleasantly unexpected, it was not enough to curb my disappointment. I’d rather deal with a more honest firm even though they’re more expensive.

Hi Kevin — I apologize for the mix-up. I just want to clarify what happened here. Initially your forms did not include children, and then after you submitted, children were added, which is a much different divorce packet for us to prepare. This process is super confusing, and we should’ve done more on our end to make this more clear. Additionally, we shouldn’t have charged you a re-processing fee here, so we’ve gone ahead and refunded the amount back to you. Again, I apologize for all the confusion around this.
