The website was extremely confusing
The website was extremely confusing. I had to log in three times before finally getting to my "make a payment" screen. Then I would get three different amounts that I owed. It was horribly confusing. Customer Service always apologized and said they were working on it, but I finally moved my loan to another loan company. The customer service reps were very nice, but I just got tired trying to constantly figure things out.

I don’t like the website
I don’t like the website to make a payment. I’ve also emailed for a call back and no one ever called me or emailed me back. Terrible service

My system has been in for 5 month and still does not work. I am contacting a lawyer

my solar was not completed- I do not…
my solar was not completed- I do not have the maximum use since the trees causing shading was not cut down- every attempt to reach you has failed- I mentioned the non cutting of the trees when you called for approval - you stated you were just interested in knowing whether the solar had been installed- How can the solar perform efficiently with the trees still not cut by ad energy

They financed our solar panel addition…
They financed our solar panel addition to our house a few months ago. We have had no issues with them.
