Why would they deserve more than one?
They take x-dollars out of my checking account every month. Nothing else. Why would they deserve more than one star?

I've been struggling for months with…
I've been struggling for months with setting up autopay and still haven't been able to charge it to my credit card as promised. I know Dividend Finance recently switched vendors to accept more kinds of payment, and the new company (not Dividend Finance) accepted credit card payments for the first month (I set up autopay) the next thing I know the next two months I'm late with payments because I was promised the very next month it'd correctly go to autopay for my credit card. I've always been able to talk to Dividend Finance reps every time and have always had a good experience, its just frustrating to be promised the payment system will work, and it not.
