Just an update 08/23/21 I received an email a month later from this company stating that they have the item but there is a stain on it. The foolery is real. They are claiming that they just received the package when the tracking number shows it was delivered a month ago. But now all of a sudden there is a stain on the items so they cannot process the store credit. I don’t know if this company is struggling that they have to scam people out of a $49 store credit. It is just absolutely ridiculous Original review: This company scammed me out of an item that I returned. They claim they never received the item when it was clear the package was received with all of the contents inside the package. Didn’t even bother to research it to find out if someone made a mistake internally. I thought they were doing good but I guess they needed that $49 for the plastic surgery upkeep of the owners and models.

This is a pathetic, scamming boutique that I would NEVER DO business with again! I received an order that had an item that was so flimsy! The cheapest material ever! Not only did it take a century to get a credit for the other two items I returned, but the company sent an email saying they cannot refund me for the skirt set due to something being wrong with it. I've never even tried the clothing on, for the company to tell me something was wrong with anything I was trying to return. So basically I lose out on 30$ or pay them another 10$ for shipping to resend a CHEAP looking skirt set that I do not want. I asked for a photo of the issue, and the customer service rep told me I have to wait three days for the person who handles the emails to come in, to send the picture of what they claim is the issue. I will never recommend this company to anyone!

Horrible quality cheap material clothing. The customer service even worse, they will steal your money. Scammed me personally for over $100 not giving a refund for item i returned and have tracking # for.

If I could give them a 0, I would. This place is terrible. I returned a dress within 48 hours of receiving it. It’s bad enough that they don’t provide a return shipping label like most other companies, so you pay to get the item shipped to you, yen you pay again to ship it back. On top of it, I get an email response that they received my item and would not accept it. When I asked why, I received an email back stating that there was a blank mark on the dress. I asked for proof because I know that is lie. I called diva boutique online and spoke to a female who told me that there is a black mark on the dress. I asked where and she said the back of it. I asked what does the black mark look like, she said a sharpie or an ink pen. Again, lies. She mentioned she can send me a picture if the alleged black mark, I said please do, she said that she’d have to send tomorrow? I asked to speak to a manager, I was told that she hadn’t heard from the manager in over 2 weeks and she doesn’t know when the manager will be back. I asked for the manager’s name, I was told she can’t give it out. I asked her (customer service rep.) what is her name, again, she told me that she couldn’t give it out. She told me that they could send me the dress back if I paid for shipping again. I told her to take the shipping out of my store credit. She said they can’t do that. This place is the most unprofessional, rip off that ever did exist. I told her she would not see another cent of my money. I will never shop at a bogus, ripoff, poor customer service, no integrity, and unprofessional establishment like this ever in life. I don’t know how they are still in business. Save yourself the headache and spend your money elsewhere where you’ll receive service and product with integrity. This place is pure “0” out whatever number of stars.

ordered a mesh leggings crop top set I love the items but the customs charge could have been included in the big price for shipping as it is disappointing that you have to pay sooooo much to get these nice clothes

Divaboutique are the worse , I never got my packet and they refuse to refund me. USPS only refunded less then half of my purchase. Divaboutique wash their hands cleaned , they have an "F" rating with BBB.They kept my money and I never received the items.
