Diva Moda-Fashion-CoutureReviews of divaboutiqueonline.com

Do not order from here, especially if you may want to return or exchange. I called them to inquire about my credit for an item I returned monthes ago. A man answered the phone and said this wasn’t Diva Boutique. I called back a few hours later from my business phone number and the same man answered and said “Hello Diva Boutique” Of course after calling him out with zero apologies for being a liar, I got the email with my credit. Never shopping here again, the credit and this company can go to hell.

Bad quality !! Bad costumer service

This is my second order placed I gave them benefit of doubt with the first taking a long time and missing an item but was rectified. unfortunately my next order has still yet to arrive and trying to get through and an answer even by email or messenger is proving difficult. I placed order on the 19th Feb and still Nothing.

The Fur Jacket looks nothing like the picture it’s ugly and super bulky and they won’t give you a refund so just be cautious of what you order. If it’s a pre order item don’t do it bc Im convinced it’s drop shipped to you from their vendor and they don’t do a quality check. Terrible customer service

I haven't received any information to return items

I received a top with makeup stains on both the inside and outside. Despite contacting the webshop immediately, they did not offer a proper solution. No empathy, no real customer service, just brushed off. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

Major scam, stole my money, never receive merchandise near $100, email address is completely useless. They are 100% unwilling to help complete scam total fraud please be aware.

Received a skirt with multiple holes which was clearly done in production! Received the item May 6, 2023. Contacted them on May 14,23 as I was unaware of the defect until I was about to wear the item. I was told I will not get a refund because their policy says it has to be reported within 24/48 hours within receiving! I did not ask for a refund, but wasn’t offered any compensation, no return for store credit no money taken off to see if it could be fixed just nothing just oh well it’s our mess up but your should’ve inspected your item!
