Dish Network is the worst cable company you will ever find their prices are highway robbery they don't care for their customers

Dish Latino worst cable company ever my cable always had problem from day one. They had to change the equipment 3 time on the 3 one I cancelled. Fed up now they are hitting me for a cancellation fee of $389 for there bad service and equipment

Ewww!!! If I could give it a -0 I would.. this is too much advertising for the quality that’s worth. Starting with customer service to tv resolution.. even my 7 year old rates it as horrible.. please save ur money , credit and time. My husband got even identity theft after qualifying for the service 😭 warning please DO NOT!!!!

Amigos, si no quieren sufrir amarguras y disgustos, mantenganse alejados de esta compania, que utiliza cualquier metodo para sacarles todo el dinero que puedan mientras lo tengan amarrado en un contrato. Yo tube que pagar mucho para librarme de ellos, pero valio la pena. NUNCA, volveria a traerlos a mu hogar, aun que jamas volviera a ver television, servicio al cliente, HORROROSO, mi vida mejoro cuando me desise de ellos, valio la pena lo que me costo.

We wanted Ed to watch the New Years concert with Avril lavigne and Travis barker but dish is lame and won’t allow us because of issues with “money” sorry but I pay for this service to watch such things. DISH Is aweful. If I’m paying for services is expect them no matter what personal issues dish has. This is not acceptable behavior.

Will be canceling Dish. I hate it. They take things away,but no cut in bill. Have to pay extra for Hallmark at Christmas. My sister has the same package level as I do with Direct and she gets NBC and Hallmark.

Stay away away from Dish! After a 3 month puase on my account do to moving homes. I called to start my service again. The tech came out and was professional. Once finished I viewed my service and noticed I had less channels and my bill was quite a bit more for less channels. I called dish and they told me that since I paused my account my promotion ended. This is not what they told me when I paused my account. I was told nothing would change. Otherwise i was going to cancel my service altogether. Only reason I paused was again told nothing would change. After going round and round for more than a hour I canceled my service. Holes drilled in my new floors to have this installed. So unbelievably dissatisfied with Dish and their support staff. Too bad I did enjoy having Dish as my TV provider. Dish Sucks Stay away from them and their constant games.

HAVE DISH T V FOR THE PAST 8 MO. AND CALLED TECH SUPPORT THE EQUAL AMOUNT OF TIMES FOR TROUBLESHOOTING HOPPER/JOEY BOXES. TODAY I CALLED FOR MANY DIFFERENT PROBLEMS ON THE HOPPER. TECH COULDN'T FIX THE PROBLEM AND I WOULD HAVE NO TV FOR 1-5 BUS. DAYS UNTIL THE NEW HOPPER ARRIVED BY UPS. THEY TOLD ME THEY DON'T HAVE ANY REPLACEMENT EQUIPMENT AVAILABLE LOCALLY IN VEGAS AND THAT THEY ONLY HAVE INSTALLATION TECH'S WORKING HERE.NO FOOTBALL THIS WEEKEND. BAD SERVICE ON EQUIPMENT REPAIRS. I SUGGESTED AT LEAST HAVE A FEW BOXES ON THE SERVICE TRUCKS INSTEAD OF WAITING 1-5 BUS. DAYS WITHOUT TV SERVICE MISSED ALL THE GAMES TOO. CHEAP SERVICE BUT NOT GOOD ON SERVICE. WILL LOOK INTO CANCELING DISH.
