I have been a loyal dish customer literally since they started here in Puerto Rico, over 15 to 20 years figure out how much money that is in service continously for that long.i have been fighting cancer now since hurricane maria 2 battles now liver and Correctol cancer, I'm winning!!!!!!,things are rough financially so asked dish if they were willing to donate a couple of months of payments, they turned me down immediately! So much for dish were with and here for you.they are willing to lose a loyal multi year customer over a few dollars, what a shame ,they would have made more in the long run. told them at end of month we part ways,it didn't even say thanks. For the many years of patronage.

I have been a dish subscriber for many years. Over the past 6 months various channels would become pixelated at different times of the day. The volume would also go off Recently i lost all sound on all channels. I call cs and went through their hoops and was finally told it would be 10 days before a tech could address my issue. This is un acceptable. This is not a JD powers award winning service. If it is they are paid off

Latinos la Peor programación no es como sale en la tele ofrecen un servicio bajo x esa cantidad si quiera mas canales para tus niños o canales locales es costo adicional hasta $100 x mes no vale la pena programación vieja y repetida y si quieres cancelar te cobran $20 x cada mes para regresar los productos tienes que pagar para que los te manden sus cajas exclusivas para regresar si producto no se dejen engañar lo peor en servicio

Dish is overpriced garbage. The picture quality is bad and their customer service is worse.

For TV when just moved in. Called, and spoke with rep. Had a credit check run. Must have passed credit check because got called to set up installation date which I confirmed. Not one word since, it has been years.

We have been Dish customers on and off since the 1990s. The service until this experience has been good with little to no issues in customer service and picture quality. In 2020, we tried to cancel our service because we have switched to streaming services. Between me and my husband, we called them three times and could not cancel! They just won't let you! The third call we got talked into a pause with a monthly fee of $5.54 and very limited programming that we never used. I called in June 2022 and insisted to cancel and was met with a hard pitch to keep Dish. The call went on forever but I stood firm and was finally able to cancel. I cannot say I will ever use them again because of their hard sell tactics. AVOID!

Purchased Dish Network middle of the road channel package with a 2 year commitment. Within the 2 years Dish increased my fee twice, and my service would quit working when it got below 20F. Techs just said to deal with it and find another way to watch TV (what ???). Completed my 2 year commitment and Dish tried to quietly double my bill. I called, got a 30 minute chat about all their packages with no real savings, and losing channels I normally watch. So, I cancelled service...but here's the kicker. They charged me $50 for the return box!!! Folks stay well away from this horrible company.

Don't get sucked in! The quality is terrible. We tried to cancel immediately and they told us we had to pay an early termination fee. I called them to explain that we called before the 24 hour window and we were told we could cancel without being penalized if we allowed one of their service reps to come out and try to resolve the issues. We did and it was still bad. I called the customer service and was hung up on twice and mysteriously disconnected twice. What a nightmare. The cancellation fee is $480. These people will not let you out and the product is terrible. Don't get scammed.
