Fatal son unos ladrones!! Nunca me pusieron el servicio y no me regresaron el dinero que cobran el día que te ofrecen el servicio!! Los operadores ZUD, 411, 288 no saben de nada no solucionan nada se les informi que el servicio no lo pudieron colocar y nunca informaron a la empresa para que realizara la devolución del dinero

If I could give them a"0" I would! Couldn't contact a human being while they had a data breech..which I had no idea about until I searched online to try and contact DISH. Was charged for an extra month even though I had proof of me trying to contact them. Waited on hold for almost an hour 3x! They also charge $20 to return the equipment. Just go with Sling, Hulu etc...save your money!!

Cuando llame para mi rembolso nadie supo darme una explicación.no caigan en las mentiras de esta gente me sacaron de mi targeta $160 y ni ubo instalación.This company still your money even if you don’t get the service.everything is a lie. La peor experiencia! No tengo la culpa de que tenían problemas con el sistema, trate de cancelar en varias ocasiones y por problemas que ellos tenían me siguieron cobrando, cuando por fin pude cancelar el servicio y me ofrecieron un dinero de crédito, me cobraron completo a mi cuenta! Es un descaro de servicio, lo peor de lo peorrrrrr! No pongo nada más por no ser grosera!

No ayudan a los Inducomentados tener cable, son estafadores, y para cambiar dirección te hacen 100llamadas nunca resuelvan y siempre quiere cambiarte a algo más carro y renovar contrato de 2anos
