They have technicians that steal when they come in your house to I stall equipment or do upgrades. Today a technician came into our house for an upgrade as we needed a other joey. He had no reason to touch our sons Xboxes. He stoled the cords off both Xboxes. Our sons went to play their Xboxes right after he left and their cords were missing. We called dish and got the run around. The technician says he never saw the cords. That's a bold face LIE !!! The Dish technician was the only other person in our house this morning 9/2/19. How many other people has he stoled from when installing. He lied when he got caught.

In the last 30 days I've contacted Dish twice. Both times I've spoken to the friendliest most awesome people. Explained my situation both times and asked the hard questions. Resolved both items painlessly!!! Awesome job Dish and 5 star rating to CSRs

Dish network best TV service provider ever because it does have unlimited Boomerang, encore, Paramount+ with Showtime & discovery+ $5.99/month with ads! it has a weak signal in the heavy rain. in meaning time can watch Dish On-Demand!! Or DVR recordings!

Customer service is awesome! Saved me a a lot of money. Thanks Dish!

I have always had great Customer Service reps and Installers. I never have to wait when I make any changes. I LOVE the Chat service. And when life gets tough, they always work with me. Thanks DISH!

I have been with Dish for over 19 years consecutively and will never switch for any reason. I am also the longest subscriber they have as I have been with them since they started until presently with no plans to change. The reason is due to Dish dominating the market with the best equipment, programming, service and price. They have earned their place with honor, which is very rare these days. If you try them, and are honest with yourself, you will see what I mean, Let them show you! You won't regret it. I never have.

Our tech was great. He hooked everything up. Showed up how to work everything and also their reps are great. I just got the hopper with sling and absolutely love it. I would recommend them to anyone.
