Do not get dish internet! I repeat DO NOT GET DISH INTERNET! Its a scam, they go through the phone jack and when you sign up they dont tell you that you will need an electrician (average cost of $400) to come fix your old phone wiring. Ive called them numerous times to fix the issues and everytime they say "sorry thats not our problem." Today I canceled my contract and went to Xfinity., Yes they are a little expensive but paying a little more to not hear "Sorry thats not our problem" works for me. Bye Dish. BTW I got my family to switch to Dish internet (8 accounts total) and they all will be on dish by this weekend.I hope you scammers (DISH) go out out business soon.

Terrible customer service! Was charged and never even had service but the "supervisor" said it was my responsibility to cancel service even though it was never connected. I asked to speak to her supervisor and was told they didn't take or return calls.

Called dish for price on NEWSMAX channel 216, they said we would have to change packages and would cost $30 more! We just want 1 channel!! Also if you look in the menu for newsmax 216 you can’t find it! They hide it from you! Dish must be a liberal company because they don’t want you to know newsmax is available. Didn’t know it was available until we seen an ad on the Fox News channel. I GUESS THEY BUMP IT UP SO HIGH SO YOU WONT SUBSCRIBE TO THAT CHANNEL, god forbid you watch patriotic, conservative news!

They are as bad as direct tv. My main receiver has gone out so many times I now don't want there system. They keep giving me used equipment too upgrade I have too pay more. I no longer want any of these two bussiness I pay a heavy price for this service and they use me like a checkbook of there own. I am done with dish as of today I ordered them too cancell my service send me the boxes so I can return this used crap back too you DISH.

I signed a contract with dish for two years so I would have a locked rate in1.5 years they have raised the rate twice when you call customer service team they say we will transfer me to an account specialist who hangs the phone up on me after I sit on hold for twenty minutes not once three times I would not go to dish again if they paid me I am cancelling my service

It’s the ONLY available service in our area & we CANT get any other providers in our area but they delete a bix we have & want to charge us MORE! Ridiculous

I had Dish Network for 13 years, my contract expired in December of 2018. I called Dish to negotiate the price for the next 2 years it was good for only 2 months. My bill went up $50.00 today. I called Dish Network and complained they told I never called before all they could do to lower it by $30.00 it was not what we originally agreed on. Representative said that was all he could do for me. I canceled the service, I do not do business with liars. Stay away from Dish Network

Dish has channels together with other channels in a package deal. Out of these channels there is one, (1), I would like to watch!! There are soooo many religious AND paid for by sponsor programs that it's pathetic!! The premiun channels all have OLD movies that can be seen on regular channels with commercials. My neighbor across the street went back to antenna TV and they are very happy!! Each month, I look at my bill and it's NEVER the same as on my account. It's ALWAYS 20 to 30 dollars more!!! I have been trying to get the Redzone but I can't without calling and they charge for assisting you!!!
