I wish there was a ZERO rating available, that is what I would give them. From day one, I never received a gift card that was promised, and when I followed up 2 months later, they stated that whoever promised it was "misinformed". Their tech support is horrible, and they are now having a dispute with FOX as they were with HBO, which resulted in both channels no longer being available, so I had to scramble to find a way to watch Thursday night football after inviting friends over to watch the game....no other satellite provider in business has HBO or FOX missing from their lineup! This type of service is supposed to be entertaining, not a source of ongoing aggravation. They are BY FAR the absolute WORST satellite service EVER!

Dish is constantly fighting with their channel suppliers. When they do this they black them out on their network. You never know what you will be able to see. And you still pay full monthly rate. Very dissatisfied with them. If i wasnt locked into a 2 year deal id leave tonight. Do not get Dish.

Dish is the most dishonest company I have ever done business with and I'm 71 years old and have done business with many companies. They are like a shyster running a shell game constantly trying to defraud people out of their money. Every time I deal with them they lie and steal. I can't believe the FCC and PUC allows them to continue in business. Take a bit of good advice and don't do business with DishNet.

They customer service suck the supervisor suck technical department Suck they don’t help u they just kept telling me they understand I trying to understand why they wasn’t helping me with my problems can wait till my 24 month is done I am done with them wouldn’t recommend them to no one not even my worst enemy that how bad they are

And it took the Surpervisor's Supervisor to go to our records and see that we did not upgrade, but the replacement part did not work and so Dish sent us an upgrade. So NO we did NOT owe them a Cancellation fee! But we had to pay them! for the shipping labels! And they lied about HBO. The reason why they are not carrying HBO is because Direct bought HBO. TV quality is FAR superior with our new Direct, AND we get more stations, ect, for Less!

Not keeping their end of our contracts! If we call them out on this they refuse to admit they broke the contract first but keep us locked in said contract saying we'll be charged for breaking the contract! BRING BACK THE CHANNELS I PAY FOR! COMPARED TO DIRECT TV DISH SUCKS! WISH I HAD NEVER LEFT DIRECT!!

I have had DISH over two years and never been late.I just moved and was told there would be a $20 charge, which I assumed would be on my next bill. I was watching TV today before work and all of a sudden my screen froze and a notification appeared. I tried rebooting but nothing happened. I looked at MYDISH app and it said to click on restore services...it wanted my payment of $20 right then and there....how awful is this? Is DISH more concerned about getting its' every penny????Crazy that it isn't put on your upcoming bill, not just stop your service and want the $20 payment. I am very frustrated by this since I have never even been a day late in over two years.What a way to treat your customers DISH!!!

After 28 months of service we decided to change services to suddenlink. Dish bill had went from 125 to 220. That was with no change or up grade to my services. When I called dish they informed me we needed to pay 440 since the contract wasn't fulfilled. Contract was for 24 months and we way past this. Three days later they took the 440 off my debit card. I had use this 2 times to pay bill. It wasn't the card I used to start services. On receipt dish emailed me it said set up for auto pay: NO. Screw by using my debit card and dish
