If I could give 0 star I would I have had nothing but issues with them. The problems never get resolved, I even tried upgrading to dish 3 now only one person can watch they claimed it would be fixed nope.Nothing ever works right. They also have the worst customer service. Run away do not get dish you could not pay me to refer them.

If I wasn't in a two-year contract that would go back to DirecTV dish sucks I would go back to DirecTV that I had for years

After 2 bad receivers, the 2nd of which arrived DOA and hours spent waiting & waiting & waiting some more for help we have canceled. Which by the way took an hour as they had me on hold...but what a relief to finally be done with this lousy company.

Absolutely terrible service. I cancelled my account due to constant outages. They sent me a box to pack the equipment myself. Spent all day on the phone with them today getting help with the instructions to mail everything back. Then..12 hours later I get an email saying I’m being billed 399 dollars because I haven’t mailed the equipment back!!!

DishNetwork has the worst possible customer service. Just hung up after 91 minutes on the phone and was still not connected to customer service. I’ve been a customer for over 10 years. I’ll better spend my time searching for a new TV & Internet service. BTW, the Dish lady said she was experiencing high call volume. Suggesting it’s the customer’s fault that they don’t hire enough employees to serve their customers. I’m done and won’t be back.

Been a long time Dish Network customer (almost 20 years) and we are done!! Tired of them dropping channels (today they dropped NBC Sports Chicago) and constant service interruptions. Extremely long hold times to reach someone in customer service and better yet, even longer wait times to cancel your account. I would not recommend Dish Network. Service and programming are horrible.

I switched from Direct to Dish. I made a hug mistake. Not only is is way more expensive, but, I have way less channels, harder to figure out and I am paying for a box in my bedroom and it has not worked from day one. I can not get anyone to help me as the hold times are over 30 min. Now I am stuck ion a contract. Worst service ever, bad equipment and hard to operate.
