Their voice activated remote does not work. I have had 10+ technicians stop by and numerous remotes mailed out and still no success. They ask you to stay with the service and offer a monthly discount, only to take it out the next month. As their service never worked I decided to cancel, sent everything back, and then was reassessed cancel fees. Horrible customer service and would not suggest them. There are so many other services out there with much better content, support, and features, all for a lower price too. Even writing to Ms. Fox at the corporate office was a big waste as she sends scripted responses.

Double my bill from 59 to 108 yes dish is a low. Class company. Stay away as it’s sounds good but unfortunately there promising never comes thru. No customer period

I am so very happy to see dishnet having financial troubles and loosing customers. They have been ripping their customers off for years. They will soon be obsolete, they will get exactly what they deserve.

We’ve been with Dish for 4 years and our bill just went up $35 a month! I called to see what offers they had going and what we could do to lower my monthly bill. All they offered was $5 off a month for 6 months. Did not want to help out in any other way and didn’t seem to care when I told the guy I would be looking elsewhere.

Horrible!! Switched from Directv. Takes minutes to load DVR recordings. Remote constantly freezes. Will gladly pay the penalty to end 2 yr contract 16 mo early, especially since they did not renew contract with Altitude channel (Nuggets, Rockies).

Dish is the worst. Pursue other options. Their service stinks, their programming is redundant, and they continue to lose programming that we really want. No playoff games (2020) no super bowl (2020). Removed FOX. Cannot wait for our contract period to be over. We will definitely be finding a different supplier Don’t WAIST your time and money!
