THE WORST!!! This company is the worst company to deal with. They are pushy, rude, and way over priced for all the garbage they have to select from. They tell you that you have price lock guarantee for 2 years but after a couple months they will raise the rates on you. When you call and ask them about it they tell you it is out of their control, surcharges and fee that they don't control. What bull crap!!! When I call to cancel the guy was extremely rude and unprofessional. I'll have no tv watching at all before I would ever go back to this place. Do yourself a favor an update your internet connect and stream tv that way. It's a lot cheaper, no contracts, and no rude people to deal with. It has saved us over $100.00 per month

The ABSOLUTE WORST service ever. Since we have been isolated in our home during this COVID-19 pandemic, we have needed our Dish receiver box exchanged 3 times and our satellite once. Each time was due to failure to receive satellite signal, ie. NO WATCHING TV. Yet again, we are staring at blank televisions and they can’t have anyone out to fix for days. I always read reviews before any purchase, and hope this will help any of you that are doing the same. DO NOT GET DISH!!! Unless you want hours upon hours of trying to fix yourself, to receive no help by phone and then to wait for days for them to temporarily fix, for it to happen again and again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Promise one thing, deliver another!! Their customer service department is not set up to give customer service - but to trap you into a contract - even after they promise there is no contract! They train their customer service reps to SCAM!!!

Sales rep promised Dish would work with my smartTV. It does not work with LG smartTVs. That in and of itself didn't make me mad, I thought, easy mistake. But when I called a couple days after installation to say "yeah, it doesn't work like you said it would, I'll need to cancel" they informed me that even though the product could not do what they said it could, they would still charge me $400+ in early termination fees to cancel. Are you kidding me? How has no one taken these guys to court yet? I'm stuck with a product I can't use for a year. If you are thinking of buying, Don't do it! It's not worth the risk, something goes wrong-even on their end-and they will stick it to you. There is no desire to be fair or make the customer happy.

This is the worst company. Their customer service is horrible. They will lie to. They listen then do nothing. Have been having problems with service for a week and still the problem is not fixed. Have talked to 7 or 8 different people. All hive a different story and all have lied. Do yourself a favor and look for a different cable company. You will regret using this one.

I have been a customer of Dish for 20 plus years. This past weekend had a minor issue. I called spoke with tech support. I was told it would be approx. week and 1/2 to 2 weeks to get someone out, plus $95. I said sir does customer loyalty mean nothing? I was told "Ma'ma customer loyalty has nothing to do with it" Long story short I am no longer a dish customer, I highly recommend if you want a company who cares about you as a customer, LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

This company is really bad I called to cancel my account back in February they told me I was going to get a final bill to go to the website to pay it which I did. After 2 mo ths i got a bill for service i called to ask about it and they told me the service was still active they gave me the run around and now I'm stuck with a bill for service i didnt use do not use this company they do not know what their doing

Wish I could choose no star. First off they still owe my son in excess of $16,000.00 for spending an entire summer peddling their garbage in the rain! Second, I purchased a house with their dishes attached. I just called several numbers, went through numerous computer answering devices and couldn’t get someone who could tell me if they wanted the dishes back or trashed. Finally on the 4th try I got a REAL LIVE young man named Eduardo. It took him several minutes but he finally came back and told me to recycle them. THANK YOU Third, before finding Eduardo, I even attempted to use their chat option for such a simple answer and that person sent me to a site wherein they tried to charge me $5.00 to answer the question!! THEY HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING!!! If you have plenty of time and money to waste, and you don’t mind being very frustrated, Dish would be a great option. If you do not care about supporting our own country and people who also need a job to support themselves and family, then again, Dish is a good option for that as well. Obviously they outsource their call center to foreign sweatshops.
