Although my Lookah cat was not cooperative upon receipt of delivery, Elisha with the customer care support team was wonderful in getting me a quick refund! She sent me advice on what steps to follow in order to troubleshoot the device and when it wouldn’t operate she issued me an immediate refund and I didn’t have to go through any trouble of returning the defective device. I will definitely still order with this company again due to the efficient customer care! Thanks Elisha!!

Amazing design and functionality! Blades are super sharp.

I purchased a 510 cart battery in February of this year. Worked great, for a while. It was a magnetic connection issue which rendered the device inoperable. I was quite disappointed as I had done extensive research to find "the one". I was reluctant to contact customer service. In my experience, in most cases, customer service departments refer issues like mine to the manufacturer of the device. A road I have gone down and dont need to do again. Despite my reluctance I decided to contact Customer Service at Discreet Smoker via email. It was after hours so I did not expect a response right away, yet I did. It was an automated response stating that they appreciate me reaching out and a human would get back to me within one business day. Sure enough, I get an email from Elisha from customer service. She empathized with my concern and promptly offered to send a replacement without further discussion. I was flabbergasted. I was simply looking for some technical support offering a solution to my problem. No need for that when this company is willing to stand behind the products they sell. They didn't have to do what they did. I am truly grateful that there are some companies that care about their customers. Discreet Smoker has gone above and beyond in taking care of me as a customer. Highly recommend!! I've been looking for something cool to smoke out of. When I found the color changing vape and led screen, I was sold. I did get a defective device. However, I wrote Discreet Smoker about a month later advising the vape was very hard to pull after troubleshooting. They were quick to respond and kind. They offered several options; I wanted this vape, so, I ordered a replacement. Glad I did! This one works as it should! Will be checking them out for sweet devices. Thank you for being helpful.

Great battery so far preheat function auto draw and different temp settings good weight feels like I got what I paid for nice and weighted cool design Im always switching my carts Also nice silicone mouth piece. Delivery was nice and clean I had to pick mine up from the post office though.
