I ordered two batteries and only received one. Unfortunately, the other color I wanted was sold out. By the time I could respond to choose a different color, all of the colors were sold out. Customer service reached out to me and offered me a refund or to choose a battery of a different style. Even though the new style was more expensive, they gifted it to me at no extra charge. Excellent customer service and made my day!

Discreet smoker has been nothing but awesome to me. I bought a 510 battery from them in the beginning of the year and it stopped holding a charge so they sent me a new one for free. Then 5 months later this one stopped holding a charge also😓 So I got a hold of them and they sent me another new one for free that was like more than twice the price. Super cool people, they respond really fast, and all have been very nice to me too, yeah just nothing but good things to say about them😌 thanks again for everything🖤
